ESNTL Lighting – Returns Policy
At ESNTL Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: a restocking fee may apply to change of mind returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please retain original packaging where possible to assist with the assessment process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change of mind return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products that have been installed or used
- Clearance or final sale items
